Return and Refund Policy
Because Mustache Ridez products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, wrong color, or a change of mind. Please review product details, colors, and sizing before ordering.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email mustacheridezco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If multiple items are affected, include a photo or video showing all affected items together.
When an issue qualifies under our production partner's policy, we will work with Printify to request a free reprint or refund. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically ask you to.
Non-returnable situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for customer ordering mistakes, including wrong size, wrong color, incorrect shipping address, or minor print-placement variation that is within normal production tolerance.
Lost or unsuccessful delivery
If tracking shows an order was delivered, we will review each case individually. If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address, reshipment may require an additional charge.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when available. Processing times vary by payment provider.
